At its core, PracSys is an automated Microsoft Excel-based system that contains databases of all a practitioner’s clients, events and tariffs. Using that data, it generates invoices and sends them to clients with personalised covering emails, via Microsoft Outlook.
An array of additional functions includes templates for client info and consent docs, collated session notes, templates for frequent emails, useful practice management reports, as well as the ability to do month-end batch-runs to invoice all active clients at once.
It’s quite flexible, for example incorporating medical aid codes for various professions; and allowing debit amounts and attendance types to be set as overall defaults, or applied differently to individual clients, or adjusted to suit particular client sessions.
